Background
Illegal dumping and littering is becoming a major problem in Townsville. With the amount of money being spent on clean ups rising each year, we need to address this issue before it gets any worse. This problem is recongnised by numerous organisations. Alliance For A Cleaner Townsville (AFACT) is an initiative that brings concerned groups together to discuss and work together on tackling rubbish issues in Townsville. By joining together in our efforts to fight irresponsible dumping and littering behaviour we increase our ability to make a difference.
